PLENARY SPEAKERS for 2010
James Choung - "Sharing the Big Story"
When we serve cross-cultural, what message to do we choose to share about Jesus? Do we present a Gospel that’s too small? When our Gospel is concerned primarily about the after life, do we miss a chance to share a larger Christian worldview? In this session, discover a clear, field-tested way to present a larger vision of the Gospel — one closer to what Jesus taught. Learn why the Big Story — including the essential phrases designed for good; damaged by evil; restored for better; and sent together to heal — connects with friends who live in cultures untouched by the Gospel and encourages believers to share a faith that truly feels like good news.

“God's Love for Muslims: A Christian Response to the Sons of Ishmael”
How can followers of Jesus share God’s love with Muslims near and far? Both Islam and Christianity are considered missionary religions, but “missions” has lots of negative stereotypes. Drawing on his rich experience in the Islamic world, Dr. Len will share insights into understanding Islam, effective Christian-Muslim relationships, and ways to make the gospel “good news” for our Muslim friends.

John Lo - "Blessed to be a Blessing"
You and I are privileged to live in an age where everyone can be involved in seeing the gospel go the ends of the earth – where the Lord of History uses the professions, education and ethnicity of normal believers to accomplish His purposes. In “Blessed to be a Blessing”, John will help us connect the dots between the particulars of our lives and the big picture of God’s plan.
John Lo is the Senior Pastor of Epicentre Church in Pasadena, CA. He spoke powerfully in the first PFN on the topic of "God's Global Purpose for Asian-Americans". He will be back with us for a continuation of his power sermon. You can hear his 2009 message on our "2009 Recap" page. Visit Pastor Lo's church at www.epicentrechurch.org
